Speeds up to 1Gb, all the time
With Full Fibre (also known as FTTP) there’s no copper cable or sharing with your neighbours. Just speeds up to 25x faster than our standard fibre, on the UK’s most reliable broadband technology.
Fibre to the Premises (FTTP)
FTTP uses fibre all the way to your premises (no copper) but availability is limited to areas where full-fibre infrastructure exists in the street. Due to the whole circuit being fibre, we can offer higher speeds with higher rates of reliability. With FTTP there is no “up to” bandwidth. The bandwidth that you buy is the bandwidth that you will obtain over your local access tail.
10 Minute Response Time (Office Hours)

Business is Changing
We’re becoming ever more reliant on the internet and exploring a new generation of applications and cloud services.
Outdated
But businesses are being held back. Our outdated digital infrastructure is unable to cope with the volume of data we are producing – leading to dropouts and slowdowns, and limiting our ability to grow.
Be Smart
Smart organisations are preparing to make sure they remain relevant and competitive through the adoption and integration of fibre internet connectivity.
Reassuringly, this next-generation network is the product of millions of pounds of investment and has been designed specifically for business users. Geographically resilient, the network is ideal for businesses that need to prioritise time-critical and business-critical applications at all times, backed up by robust Service Level Agreements.
Faults do occasionally occur and when they do, especially for a business, you need to know that the people supporting the broadband are based in the UK, well trained and understand the importance of quick and effective resolution. We pride ourselves on the fact you can always get through to our support team first time when you need to.
Broadband is a utility service, essential for internal and external communications. If you’re currently in a situation where you dread a fault occurring because of the poor service you know you’ll receive, then the answer to the question is clearly, “as soon as possible”. We will enhance your reputation by providing high-quality, well-trained, UK-based support staff and a well-managed network and we’ll give you back the time you currently waste chasing faults.
You may be surprised to know that business broadband makes up only a small percentage of all broadband users. When a provider has a large percentage of residential users, that becomes the main focus of their attention. We provide 100% focus on delivering quality broadband for businesses only.
Over time we’ve seen faster broadband speeds becoming more widely available and organisations are now much more aware of what does and doesn’t represent good service – whether it’s the way their broadband is performing or the level of service support they receive when issues arise. We’re experts in managing large and small-scale migrations and we work closely with you through every step of the migration process and beyond. It’s one of our real differentiators.
As we can supply all your voice, data, wireless and network services, you can reduce your supply chain overhead and benefit from having just one supplier, one bill and a single point of contact.
