Business Data Connections

Data connections are vital to any business. We pride ourselves on providing a full range of robust solutions to suit any office and an excellent, great value support service.

All Cranberry our EFM and Ethernet circuits have the option for ADSL as back-up. Customers with business critical services requiring close to 100% service availability are advised to take this option.

We offer a wide range of networking options providing secure, private circuits for intranet requirements. Our managed networks give our clients a high-performance network to run demanding applications such as IP telephony, Cloud Business Phone Systems, file transfer and data sharing.

Cranberry Connectivity Options

ADSL & FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet)

Our xDSL products, ADSL and FTTC, are exclusively for business service use; we have no consumer customers. Our xDSL provides unlimited usage because that’s what our customers tell us they need. The usage is subject to a fair usage policy, there to protect all our users and ensure that we can continue to provide a quality service.

In those areas where FTTC is available FTTC will offer a significant increase in speed both download and upload.

EFM (Ethernet First Mile) Service

If xDSL doesn’t give you the connectivity you need for your applications then Cranberry offers EFM (Ethernet First Mile) service. EFM is a resilient connection as it is made up from 2 or 4 individual lines so bandwidth and connection is guaranteed over xDSL.

Cranberry offer a variant of EFM with an xDSL backup line service with automatic fail over that can give close to 100% up-time.

EFM mixes new and old technologies to provide unconnected symmetric circuits with guaranteed bandwidth allowing Quality of Service (QoS) offering speeds from 1Mbps to 35Mbps.

Fibre Optic Ethernet

For those highly critical and secure applications, Fibre Optic Ethernet is recommended. Fibre Optic Ethernet can be delivered in speeds from 10Mbps to 1Gbps.

Fibre Optic offers the highest speeds and greatest bandwidth. If your business uses cloud based, business critical software solutions then Fibre Optic will offer you the best in high performance data connections.
