All Vodafone tariffs will be subject to an annual price increase based on the CPI published in February + 3.9% each year. The price increase will take effect on 1st April each year.
*Users cannot exceed 500GB data usage per month twice or more in a 6-month period.
**Unlimited Texts & Minutes are subject to a fair usage policy. The fair usage per SIM on unlimited tariffs is set at 3000 minutes & 3000 texts p/month.
*** Roam Like At Home data usage is limited to 25GB per calendar month on Unlimited Tariffs and we will charge if usage exceeds 25GB at a rate of £0.0285 per MB.
Users on Unlimited Tariffs can access their UK allowance in any of 41 EU destinations for free. There is a small daily fee of £2.70 per day for all other tariffs.

The Connected Hub is our innovative and easy-to-use mobile customer portal that allows you to perform self-serving tasks such as adding/removing bars, SIM changes, as well as checking usage. This service is available for O2 and Vodafone customers only.
You will be able to see usage for the services across all SIMs. The portal displays usage in the current month for domestic & roaming usage, split further into Voice, Data and Events (SMS/MMS) and a summary of each for all numbers in your group is displayed across the top of the screen.
This overview is a summary of the numbers that are contained within your group. The usage and bars for each user can be viewed by pressing the eye icon:
Once you have selected the user, you can view their usage and apply or remove any bars as necessary.
For any bars that cannot be accessed, please contact us and we can apply/remove these for you.
Once your SIMs have been provisioned, you will be sent a welcome email with your log in details and a brief user guide.
